The Grade 4s and 3s went on an amazing outing to Wonderdal. The moment I walked in that place I felt the magic boiling.
First, we sat on seats outside the building. Then a beautiful lady gave us a pair of socks and an Amuki armband. A lady took us to a room where she told us a little more about Amukis. The Amukis were Timpa, Zylo, Shekku, Gomma and Vuvu. Our first activity was to water our Amuki garden. Then we went to The Story Cave and I really enjoyed The Story Cave and when we had to feed our Amuki. I also enjoyed it when we took selfies with our Amuki. It was very amusing.

On 10 September my class and I went to Wonderdal. Would you like to know more about my lovely experience?
The drive to the outing was quite long but I spent the time chatting to my friends. When we finally arrived I remember telling Teacher Anneke how excited I was. When we walked in I remember seeing five Amuki statues. My Amuki’s name was Zylo. He was orange with a yellow line on his face. The first game myself and Zylo played was the gardening game.
After that, I had a look outside and saw a huge net! I climbed up. It was hard yet so much fun. When I was done they called us for lunch. After lunch we drew our Amuki. It was great fun! It looked like everyone was happy and that made me happy.
