Birthday parties at Wonderdal must be pre-booked. If you would like to book a birthday party at Wonderdal you can do so by contacting us at 021 205 5624 or at bookings@wonderdal.co.za.

When you book we will coordinate with you the following:

  • The name and email address of the person making the booking
  • Your preferred date and time for the Wonderdal experience (sessions limited to two hours. The exclusive outdoor party area, however, will be available for you for a period of up to two and a half hours)
  • The number of your guests and the number of children invited by you for the Wonderdal experience
  • The names and birth dates of the children you are booking for
  • Your catering requirements from our party menu (download here)
  • Your selection for décor and party packs from our party décor list (download here)
  • The name and telephone number of the person who will be collecting the children
  • The name and telephone number of an emergency contact

We will confirm your booking once you have:

  • Accepted our proposal in writing;
  • Signed these Terms and Conditions; and
  • Sent us a proof of payment for the full amount.

Together with the confirmation of your booking, we will send you a designed electronic invitation and a voucher code, to enable your guests to register their children online for the Wonderdal experience.

PLEASE NOTE: Wonderdal has a restricted capacity. When you make a booking for a party, the number of children that you pay for is blocked for the selected time slot and is therefore not available for public booking. Therefore, no refund will be made in the event that any of your guests do not redeem their voucher.

MAKING A BOOKING IF YOU ARE NOT THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN OF THE CHILDREN

If you are not the parent or guardian of a child who will visit Wonderdal, you must ensure that you have the permission of the child’s parent or guardian to make the booking on behalf of their child, to share the child’s personal information with us, and to bring the child to Wonderdal. You must also bring these terms and conditions to the attention of the parent or guardian.

We are not responsible if you have made the booking without the permission of the parent or guardian.

You hereby indemnify us against all losses, claims, or legal action that may arise from the booking, the sharing of the child’s personal information, or the child’s visit to Wonderdal.
